[Hilda would never use the word to describe herself, but the reality is that she's grown rather resilient over the past few years. War does that to a person.
As such, she's more or less just rolling with things here. It's easier than putting up an effort to fight back, especially since she doesn't really know or understand the full capabilities of these fae. For now, she's choosing to take them at their word as she continues to size the situation up.
At least the company has been mostly pleasant so far. Fae have good taste in hostages. When the dog-guy turns to her with a smile, Hilda smiles right back.]
Of course I'm going. I've actually never seen a fireworks show, so I'm hoping it's worth all of the excitement.
