The delicate little petal wings of the sakura dragons don't match that description at all, and she's immediately charmed.
If you happen to cross paths with her while she's helping them clean up all the excess cherry blossoms, you'll find her crouching beside a little pond, scooping up the petals with her net. When she spots you, she reaches out with a request. ]
Would you hold my hand a moment? If I lean out any farther I'll fall in, but there's a clump of petals there that I just can't reach.
